Historically an agricultural area of 9,500 acres, Mosida Orchards new development will include 3,400 acres with a variety of uses including larger residential parcels, townhouses, community center amenities, and commercial properties all preplanned to minimize or eliminate disruptive and ongoing “updates” to the infrastructure.
